Terms of Service-Custom Items

Sparkle and Bling Creations

1. Order Confirmation

All custom orders require written approval of design proofs, specifications, and pricing before production. Once approval is given and payment is processed, no changes can be made.

 2. Production Timeline

Production begins only after full payment and final design approval. Estimated delivery dates are provided but not guaranteed; delays due to supply chain, shipping carriers, or force majeure events are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

3. No Returns or Refunds

All custom and personalized items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted unless: (a) the item arrives defective, (b) the item is damaged in transit, or (c) the item significantly differs from the approved design due to our error.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate design details, spelling, colors, sizes, and other specifications. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

5. Proofs and Approval

The customer will receive a digital proof for approval before production. Approval confirms that all details are correct. Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Customer confirms they have the right to any logos, images, or designs submitted for customization. Sparkle & Bling Creations will not be liable for copyright or trademark infringement claims resulting from customer-supplied content.

7. Defects and Damage

Claims Any claim for defective or damaged goods must be submitted in writing with photo evidence within seven (7) business days of delivery. Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

8. Color and Material Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, or placement may occur due to material and production processes. These are not considered defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any custom order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Policy Acknowledgment

Placing a custom order with Sparkle & Bling Creations indicates full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
